Dealing with inflammation for better golf

For years I suffered from painful arthritis in some of my finger joints which eventually began to make playing golf more and more difficult. I found myself having to take 2 paracetamol tablets before each round to ease the discomfort from the inflammation. I hope you enjoyed the video above. The first thing I did after watching this was to walk bare foot around my lawn. Within a very short time I experienced some relief from the pain in my fingers. That convinced me of the merits of grounding which led me to a more permanent and more convenient solution without the need for medication.
